We offer a 14-day guarantee: if your piece breaks at the weld. We'll repair or replace it at no cost. Sometimes, we're not perfect but we'll always make it right!! Please bring your receipt and the broken piece for service.

All of our chains, charms, and bangles are high-quality, 14k Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver. It's designed to be durable and long-lasting but not indestructible. You can shower, sweat, and swim with your jewelry!

We don't cover replacements for jewelry that turns black, although this is rare, it can be caused by factors like water quality, body pH, lotions, oils, or chlorine exposure. To maintain your piece, keep it away from these elements and clean it with dawn dish soap and water occasionally.

"My jewelry broke! Can you fix it?"

Yes, absolutely! We will fix your jewelry at any time and no cost to you! We do charge $15 for fixes on pieces that weren't done by us.

"What if I'm getting a procedure and need to take my jewelry off?"

Simply, cut your piece at the jump ring or come in and I can cut it off. I can reattach at no cost after your procedure.
