All orders are processed with within 2–3 business days of receipt.

All domestic orders for shipment are processed via USPS or UPS. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider it is at the responsibility of them.

Homemade Hippie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it's lost, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds are eligible for store credit only. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from purchase date to return it and receive store credit. After 14-days - all sales are final.

To make an exchange or return, the product must be unworn and in its original packaging. All tags must be attached. A copy of the receipt must be present.

Homemade Hippie guarantees your jewelry for 14 days if broken at the weld. A receipt and picture of the break will be required to get a replacement. After 14 days a new piece will need to be purchased.

All of our jewelry is high-quality and we won't be responsible for replacing your jewelry if it turns black. Reasons this could happen are your water quality at home or body pH. Please keep your jewelry away from lotions, oils, and high levels of chlorine. Clean your piece with dawn dish soap + water if it's exposed to any of the above.

 

 

"My jewelry broke! Can you fix it?"

Yes, absolutley! We will fix your jewelry at any time and no cost to you!

"What if I'm getting a procedure and need to take my jewelry off?"

Simply, cut your piece at the jump ring or come in and I can cut it off. I can reattach at no cost after your procedure.
